Ulster Museum Trip
This morning, Primary 4 set off for their school trip to the Ulster Museum. We had lots of fun and took part in lots of activities linked to our class learning. We used our senses to feel fossils, smell how flowers and plants attract pollinators and we were grouped into different animal/insect teams. We also looked at all the skulls of different animals and had to guess what the animal might eat. We visited the Egyptian section of the museum and saw the mummy Takabuti. The pupils were fascinated! Finally, to end the day P4 took a tour around the rest of the museum. The pupils really enjoyed the Ice Age area. A brilliant day had by all and the pupils were excellent ambassadors to our school!
