STEM challenge
13th Oct 2021
In Primary Four we set the pupils the challenge of trying to make a bridge to cross the River Nile. Pupils were given 25 lollipop sticks and a metre of masking tape. We looked at bridges and we noted that bridges are purposeful but they also don’t look unsightly. We designed our bridges and looked at different structures. We then tested our bridges using weights. Can you believe our sturdiest bridge held 2kg? Lots of fun was had in P4...the suspense was mighty! 😉
