On Wednesday 5th February, the P7s attended a fantastic Mental Health Conference at Mount Collyer Youth Centre with the Reach team. The pupils took part in dance classes, boxercise, journaling and planting activities throughout the day. The pupils looked at what activities boost their mental health and what they can do when they are feeling anxious or worried. Everyone had a fantastic day and it was topped off with a fantastic lunch provided for us as well as everyone receiving a lovely book and each group receiving a tree.
